This is the man on my stolen deed. He is now on the FBI Most Wanted page.

Commander's Log: Thank You, FBI
I want to publicly thank the Federal Bureau of Investigation for placing Roman Semenov on its Most Wanted list.
Because the moment I saw his photograph, I recognized him.
That face.
That expression.
That sneer.
I allege that the man publicly identified by the FBI as Roman Semenov is the same man—or is directly connected to the identity of the man—associated with the name David Victor Stremciuc in the disputed records involving my property.
I am not whispering it.
I am not softening it.
I am putting my allegation on the record.
Thank you, FBI. You finally published the face I have been trying to place for two years.
That Is the Man I Remember
I did not arrive at this conclusion because of a random internet resemblance.
I remember the man connected to my property dispute.
I remember his face.
I remember the way he looked at me.
And I will never forget that sneer.
When the FBI photograph appeared in front of me, my recognition was immediate.
My allegation is that the individual I knew through the identity associated with my deed may be Roman Semenov, may have used or operated through an alias, or may be part of an identity structure that requires immediate federal examination.
The FBI now has the face.
I have the deed trail.
I have the names.
I have the property records.
I have the litigation history.
And I have two years of documentation showing how a man with no legitimate claim to my property was allowed to appear inside a chain of title that never made legal or factual sense.
This Changes the Context
For two years, I have alleged that my property was taken through fraudulent documents, defective authority, manipulated proceedings, false identities, and actors who behaved as though no one would ever connect the pieces.
Now the FBI has placed Roman Semenov before the public as a wanted man.
And I recognize him.
That does not end the investigation.
It begins the part where federal authorities compare:
- the identity documents used in connection with my property;
- deed and corporate signatures;
- addresses and registered businesses;
- photographs and biometric records;
- banking, cryptocurrency, and property transactions;
- immigration and travel documentation;
- aliases and associated identities;
- every person who helped insert this identity into my chain of title.
I am not asking the public to perform fingerprint analysis.
I am stating that I personally recognize the man, and I am thanking the FBI for placing his image where I could finally see the connection.
Thank You for Putting Him on the Board
Thank you, FBI, for publishing the photograph.
Thank you for making the allegation against Roman Semenov visible.
Thank you for creating an official federal reference point that can now be compared against the man, identity, businesses, and documents connected to my property.
I have spent two years being treated as though my evidence was inconvenient, my questions were unreasonable, and the theft of my home was merely a procedural misunderstanding.
It was not a misunderstanding.
Something organized happened.
And now one of the faces I recognize is sitting on an FBI Most Wanted page.
That matters.
My Allegation
I allege that the individual associated with the name David Victor Stremciuc in my property matter is Roman Semenov, an alias or identity associated with Roman Semenov, or a person materially connected to him.
I make that allegation based upon my firsthand recognition, the photographic comparison, the deed-related identity, and the wider documentary history surrounding my property.
I understand that federal biometric and documentary analysis must make the final official determination.
But I know what I saw.
I know who I remember.
And I know that face.
The Next Step Belongs to Federal Investigators
Pull the deed records.
Pull the identification used in the transaction.
Pull DFI Properties records.
Pull the signatures.
Pull the bank accounts.
Pull the passports.
Pull the immigration records.
Pull the photographs.
Pull every alias.
Run the comparison.
Then examine every attorney, servicer, purchaser, court actor, and corporate entity that helped move this identity through my property records without proving lawful ownership.
I did my part.
I preserved the evidence.
I kept speaking.
I kept looking.
And now the FBI has supplied the photograph.
So again:
Thank you, FBI. You finally put the man I recognize on the Most Wanted list. Now follow the deed.
