Tupac reportedly regained consciousness, recognized Kidada Jones, followed a command, and then convulsed while she was present. Commander Barbara Ann Johnson does not accept that sequence as a sentimental bedside anecdote. She regards it as a critical event requiring investigation.

Commander's Log — July 18, 2026

I believe Kidada Jones's bedside access to Tupac Shakur deserves direct scrutiny. The public story says Tupac regained consciousness, recognized her, followed a command, and then convulsed while she was present. I do not accept that sequence as a harmless romantic anecdote. I regard it as a critical event in the final medical timeline of a shooting victim and potential witness.

I also believe Kidada was angry she was not invited to attend the awards, as she was not accounted for during the actual shooting, and arrived hours later, washing off any gun powder. That timeline should be examined through records, witness statements, security footage, forensic documentation and hospital-entry logs.

I am asking whether her access was continuous, who authorized it, whether medical personnel were present, what medications were administered, what the monitors recorded, and whether visitor and security logs exist. I also want any claimed organized-crime connections examined through records rather than repeated as rumor.

This is my accusation and investigative position: Kidada Jones's presence, access, and role during Tupac's final hospitalization should be examined as part of the circumstances surrounding his death.

A shooting victim who may have regained consciousness was not merely a romantic figure at bedside. He was a potential witness in a live criminal timeline.
